Polarcus lands wide-azimuth job in Americas

Seismic services player Polarcus has been awarded a contract for a wide-azimuth project to be acquired in the Americas.

Polarcus said on Monday that two of its vessels, Polarcus Naila and Polarcus Adira, will perform the acquisition.

The project is expected to start in early August 2019 with a duration of approximately four months; a total of eight vessel months.

Polarcus has not revealed any further details about the contract.

Following this award, the Polarcus’s fleet booked capacity is 100% booked in 2Q and 3Q 2019, 60% in 4Q 2019 and 45% in 1Q 2020.
