REN’s Sines LNG import terminal in Portugal is expected to receive a cargo of liquefied natural gas on May 28.

The 162,000 cbm Adam LNG is carrying the cargo from Qatar’s port of Ras Laffan.

The LNG carrier, built by Hyundai Heavy Industries of South Korea, was delivered to Oman Shipping Company in November of 2014.

It is equipped with dual fuel diesel electric (DFDE) technology.
