The Dragon LNG terminal on the shores of the UK’s Milford Haven waterway is scheduled to receive a cargo of Qatari liquefied natural gas at the end of the month.

Data from the Milford Haven Port Authority shows the Al Sheehaniya LNG  tanker with a cargo carrying capacity of 210,200 cubic meters will dock at the terminal on September 30.

Initially, the vessel was scheduled to arrive at the terminal on September 24.

The vessel is fully owned by the Qatari shipping giant Nakilat and chartered to Qatargas.

The Dragon LNG terminal, owned by Shell and Petronas has a maximum gas send out rate to the national grid of 7.6 billion cubic meters of gas per annum. The terminal can supply up to 10 percent of the UK’s energy needs.
