Qatari LNG bound for UK

The South Hook liquefied natural gas terminal in the UK is set for another delivery of LNG from Qatar. 

According to the data from the Milford Haven Port Authority, the 214,198 cbm Al Kharsaah LNG carrier is scheduled to dock at the terminal’s jetty on October 25.

The vessel will deliver a third cargo to the terminal in a matter of five days pushing the total number of deliveries to South Hook up to nine for the month of October.

The South Hook terminal, owned by Qatar Petroleum, ExxonMobil and Total can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year and is capable of delivering 21 billion cubic metres of gas a year into the UK’s national transmission system.
