Qatari LNG cargo on way to japan

Qatar, the world’s largest liquefied natural gas producer, shipped an LNG cargo from the Ras Laffan Port to Japan on Friday.

The Duhail LNG tanker, with a capacity of 210,100 cubic meters, is expected to arrive at the Sakai LNG terminal on July 8, according to shipping data.

The Sakai LNG terminal, operated by Japan’s Kansai Electric, consists of three storage tanks with a capacity of 140,000 cbm each.
