Qatari LNG on way to South Korea

South Korea is scheduled to get a liquefied natural gas cargo from Qatar on January 2, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being carried by the 138,306 cbm SK Sunrise, and it is sailing to the Pyeongtaek LNG terminal.

Kogas-operated Pyeongtaek terminal is South Korea’s first LNG import terminal. It has started commercial operations in 1986.
