Rosneft, Yamal LNG and Gazprom granted export rights

Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev granted the right to export liquefied natural gas to Rosneft, Yamal LNG, Gazprom and Gazprom Export.

“According to the law the government should approve a list of organisations to which the exclusive right for LNG export is granted.

“I have signed this resolution. According to current criteria this right is granted to four companies, namely OJSC Gazprom, its subsidiary Gazprom-export and two other companies OJSC Rosneft and OJSC Yamal LNG,”  Medvedev said at a meeting with the deputy prime ministers, according to a statement posted on the official website of the Government of Russia.
