SeaBird’s Osprey Explorer Secures Work in North Sea

SeaBird Exploration, a provider of seismic data acquisition, has signed an agreement to supply one source vessel for an upcoming survey in North West Europe.

The survey will be conducted during 2016 summer season in North Sea.

The project is due to start during second quarter 2016 and will run for approximately two months, the company informed.

SeaBird will be using the Osprey Explorer for the work. Osprey Explorer joined the SeaBird fleet in August 2006 after being converted to 2D long offset/source vessel in Poland. The vessel has a length of 81.16 meters and a beam od 15.96 meters.
