Sif Supplies Monopiles for Hollandse Kust Zuid Project

Sif Holding has secured an order to manufacture 114 monopiles for three out of four zones of Hollandse Kust Zuid project for Vattenfall/Nuon, in the Netherlands.

Sif’s scope comprises manufacturing of the monopiles and storage at the MV2 facility in Rotterdam in 2020-2021.

The Hollandse Kust Zuid project is scheduled for grid connection in 2022 and will power almost 1,000,000 homes.

The entire Hollandse Kust Zuid project, located some 12 miles offshore the Netherlands,  will be realized free of subsidies.

Vattenfall/Nuon is the winner of zones I-IV of the Hollandse Kust Zuid project.
