South Korea: Newbuild Vessel STI Onyx Departs Hyundai Mipo Dockyard

Scorpio Tankers Inc. announced today that it has taken delivery of STI Onyx, the fifth 52,000 DWT product tanker built by Hyundai Mipo Dockyard of South Korea.

STI Onyx is the fifth of ten vessels scheduled for delivery under the Company’s Newbuilding program. The vessel features new propulsion technology including the ‘B’ type ultra-long stroke electronically controlled main engine.
