Stork lands three-year deal with Bibby Offshore

Stork, a provider of asset integrity management services focused on the oil & gas sector, has won a three-year frame agreement with Bibby Offshore for subsea mechanical and environmental and decontamination services.

The agreement, which comes with two one year extension options, will allow Stork to deliver subsea bolt tensioning and hydraulic equipment, environmental and decontamination services and subsea mechanical training to the offshore subsea specialist. It is the first frame agreement Stork has signed with Bibby Offshore and it focuses on UKCS and Norwegian sectors.

Subcontracts Manager for Bibby Offshore, Gary Scott, commented, “We are pleased to confirm this Frame Agreement with Stork to support our ongoing projects. Having worked with the firm throughout 2014, their performance and commitment has led to this agreement and we look forward to working with them over the next 3 years.”

Stork’s VP for Service Delivery, Rod Agnew, said, “We are delighted to confirm this Frame Agreement and look forward to working with Bibby Offshore to deliver a range of our industry-leading asset integrity services for the subsea sector.

“This agreement is part of the wider strategic development of our subsea offering and the expansion of our UK & Africa operations into Norway.”
