Sweden: Hellbergs International Launches New A60 Fire Rated Door

Hellbergs has launched a new A60 fire rated door model, the Hellbergs M8-GD. The door model is a combination of our two door models Hellbergs M8-D and Hellbergs M8-G.

Company uses the same sealing solution as for our model Hellbergs M8-G with proper adjustments made for a double leaf door. As standard the non-active door leaf is equipped with a espagnolette.

Door leaf:

Made as standard in 1mm mild steel. Option is galvanized steel or stainless steel 304 / 316L. As standard the door comes with 2 pcs Hellbergs galvanized hinges. 3 pcs or more hinges are optional. Stainless steel hinges on request. Non-active door leaf comes as standard with espagnolette.

Door frame:

Made as standard in 4mm mild steel. Option is galvanized steel or stainless steel 304 / 316L. As standard the frame comes delivered for welding onto bulkhead. As option Hellbergs can supply the frame with holes for bolting onto bulkhead. Hellbergs can also supply installation kit complete with bolts, nuts and washers. This saves time when installing the door.

Sill:

Hellbergs M8 comes as standard with sill alt. SA4 made in same material as frame. As option sill can be made in stainless steel 304 / 316L or with stainless steel cover. Other sill alternatives can be seen on data sheet or product catalogue.

Lock and handle:

Door comes as standard with one of following alternatives:

– Lock GSV Schwepper 1301 GZ/65, handle and plate with hole for cylinder.

– Lock GSV Schwepper 1301 GF/65, handle and plate without hole for cylinder.

Cylinder is not included as standard.

Finish:

Door leaf, frame and sill comes as standard with powdercoat primer. Option is door leaf and/or frame painted in RAL or NCS color. Stainless steel doors can be supplied without painting.

Options:

Door can be supplied with hose-port, vision panel, kick-plate, door closer, electromagnetic door holder, indicator, panic bar etc.
