Sweden: TTS Marine Secures Ship Equipment Contract

TTS Group ASA has, through its subsidiary TTS Marine AB in Gothenburg, signed a contract regarding ships equipment worth approx. 23 million NOK ($4.2 Mln).

The contract is with STX Finland Oy and concerns delivery of equipment to one vessel. The deliveries will take place during 2014.

TTS Marine AB, located in Gothenburg, Sweden is designated the RoRo equipment Centre of Excellence and forms part of the TTS Marine division. Formerly Kvaerner Ships Equipment AB, whose pedigree in cargo access goes back to the 1970s. The portfolio encompasses the design and manufacture of high capacity ramps for stern, side, bow and internal access, as well as ramp covers, movable car decks, internal and external doors and cargo lifts, all which are tailor-made to suit special requirements of shipowners and operators.
