Trinidad LNG Cargo on Way to Spain

Trinidad and Tobago’s Point Fortin LNG terminal shipped a liquefied natural gas cargo to Spain on Friday, shipping data shows.

The cargo is being hauled by the 137,814 cubic-meter Hispania Spirit, and it is expected to arrive at the Cartagena terminal on February 16.

Atlantic LNG, the operator of Trinidad’s only LNG export facility, produces LNG from natural gas delivered from fields in and around Trinidad and Tobago to the company’s four-train liquefaction facility in Point Fortin, on the southwest coast of Trinidad.
