Trinidad Ships LNG Cargo to Chile

Trinidad and Tobago’s Point Fortin LNG terminal shipped a cargo of liquefied natural gas to Chile on Saturday, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being hauled by the 145,000 cubic-meter LNG Jupiter, and it is due to arrive at the Quintero LNG terminal on February 19.

Trinidad and Tobago’s Point Fortin LNG terminal is one of the world’s largest producers of liquefied natural gas and the plant consists of four trains.

The plant has a capacity of 15.5 million mt per annum.
