UK: BAE Systems Appoints New Group Human Resources Director

BAE Systems has appointed Lynn Minella as Group Human Resources director. Ms Minella joins the company on 11 June 2012 and will be a member of the Executive Committee. She will be based in London.

Ms Minella joins BAE Systems from Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA where she is currently senior vice president of Human Resources and Communications.

She previously spent 22 years at IBM Corporation, where she held a number of positions that included leading the HR function for the company’s Software, Technology, and Global Services Americas groups.

BAE Systems designs and manufactures naval ships and submarines, as well as their combat systems and equipment. The company also offers an array of associated services, including training solutions, maintenance and modernisation programmes to support ships and equipment in service around the world and management of supporting infrastructure.
