Ukraine: Kherson Shipyard Appoints Acting Director General

The Supervising Council of PJSC Kherson Shipyard, in conformity with the laws of Ukraine “On elections of Peoples’ Deputies of Ukraine”, has granted Vasily.V. Fedin, Director General of PJSC Kherson Shipyard, leave without salary from August 13, 2012 for the period of the election campaign. The Supervising Council of PJSC Kherson Shipyard has nominated Oleg P. Fedak, ex Director General First Deputy, Acting Director General from August 13, 2012.

Oleg P. Fedak, started his labour activity in March 1982 after finishing Kherson Ship Engineering School as assembling fitter of Shipyard Shop No. 17 of Kherson Shipyard. After serving in the Soviet Army he turned back to the Shipyard, worked as foreman of the mounting site, Head of Price Bureau at Planning and Economy Department, the Head of Planning and Economy Department.

From 2005 to 2011 he held the position of Director on Economy and Finances of the Company.

From September 2011 till present time – Kherson Shipyard Director General First Deputy – Director on Sale and Marketing.
