Umm Bab LNG carrier on its way to Zeebrugge

Belgium’s only LNG terminal is expected to receive a cargo of the chilled fuel from Qatar in the first week of October.

The Umm Bab LNG tanker, with a capacity of 145,700 cubic metres, is scheduled to dock at the Zeebrugge terminal on October 3, port data reveals.

The Zeebrugge terminal imports liquefied natural gas mainly from the world’s largest LNG exporter, Qatar.
