USA: GL Noble Denton Announces Strategic Appointment to its Team

 

GL Noble Denton, one of the leading independent technical advisors to the oil and gas industry, has appointed Mukundray Davé to lead the company’s hazard and risk management practice in the Americas.

An industry thought leader in technical safety, Mukundray has nearly two decades’ experience of risk management operations in the oil and gas sector, and chemical and petrochemical processing. He has particular expertise in fire risk assessment, quantitative risk assessments (QRA), escape evacuation and rescue analysis (EERA) for offshore oil and gas facilities, facilitation of hazard identification studies (HAZID) and hazard operational studies (HAZOP) for different types of offshore and onshore energy installations, HSE management and safety case development. Reliability focus areas include safety integrity level (SIL) classification and verification for onshore and offshore oil and gas projects, fault tree analysis (FTA) and, failure modes effects and criticality analysis (FMECA). His technical experience spans projects across the Americas, the Middle East and South Asia.

Mukundray will be responsible for developing the capabilities of GL Noble Denton’s renowned Hazard and Risk practice in the Americas, advising some of the industry’s best known operators on the safe and efficient operations of on- and offshore oil and gas assets. Areas of particular focus will include the development of GL Noble Denton’s fire risk analysis, quantified risk analysis services, process hazard analysis, engineering due diligence studies, and SIL classification and verification for oil and gas projects.

Mukundray holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology at the Gujarat University, Nadiad, India.
