USA: Westbrook Harbor Dredging Resumes

At a total cost of $1 million of which $500,000 from the federal funds and an equal amount form the state grant, the dredging will commence in the Westbrook Harbor.

According to Hartford Business, it was announced on Wednesday that the Army Corps of Engineers will execute the work on a harbor tributary, the Patchogue River.

Many years of dredging will be needed to carry out this project.
