VIDEO: Santos GLNG Tunnel Boring Machine Breakthrough

Santos posted a time-lapse footage of Santos GLNG’s tunnel boring machine breaking to the surface at the LNG plant on Curtis Island, Gladstone.

The tunnel forms part of Santos GLNG’s 420-kilometre gas pipeline route from its gasfields around Roma and Fairview to the gas liquefaction plant currently under construction on Curtis Island.
