VIDEO: Seri Bakti arrives at GLNG plant

MISC-operated LNG tanker Seri Bakti, with a capacity of 152,300 cubic meters, docked at the GLNG jetty on Monday.

This marked the first time an LNG tanker berthed at the Santos-operated US$18.5 billion GLNG project on Curtis Island off Gladstone.

The first GLNG cargo is expected to be shipped soon and delivered to South Korea’s Kogas.

Santos has a 30 percent stake in the joint venture with Petronas and Total holding 27.5 percent each. Kogas owns a 15 percent stake in the LNG venture.
