ZPMC Hands Over Shallow Water Pipelayer

ZPMC has completed delivery of a 3,000t shallow water pipe-laying vessel to a Malaysian customer.

With a total length of some 169 meters, a molded breadth of 46 meters, a molded depth of 13.5 meters, an operating water depth of 7 to 8 meters and an scantling depth of 9 meters, the ship is applicable to various marine engineering operations at a water depth of 300 meters.

By fabricating a series of pipe-laying ships, ZPMC has accumulated brand reputation and mastered processes of pipe-laying ship fabrication, laying a solid foundation for the company in this segment of shipbuilding.
