HVS Names and Delivers Bulker Densa Puma

The naming ceremony of Hull No. S074 was honorably held today at Hyundai – Vinashin Shipyard with the attendance of the Representatives of Owner, ABS class, and the shipyard.

At the ceremony, the vessel was named “Densa Puma” by Mrs. Keriman Gucuyener – spouse of Densa’s General Manager.

“Densa Puma” is the fourth bulk carrier in series of six vessels built for Densa Shipping Industry & Trade S.A, Turkey. It is delivered in the afternoon of 28 June, and begins the first journey.

The main particulars of the vessel are as follows:

• Length : 187 m
• Breadth : 27.8m
• Depth : 15.6m
• Cargo capacity : 47,600m3
• Speed : 14 knots
• Deadweight : 37,000 tons
