Vyborg Shipyard, Alasund Sign Cooperation Deal

An Agreement on Cooperation was signed on October 2nd, 2013 between Vyborg Shipyard and the Icelandic company Alasund.

Alasund specializes in design, sale and consulting in the field of shipbuilding for fishing industry, in particular for many Russian customers.

Signing of the Agreement will enable the parties to develop and offer to the potential customers the most attractive scheme of fishing fleet construction, wide range of vessel equipment, varying in dimensions and capabilities.

Furthermore, the Agreement is very important since it comes  at a time of renovation of the Russian Federation’s fishing fleet planned in the near future.
