China: CIC Changxing Shipyard Holds Grand Christmas Eve Party

On the evening of Dec. 24th, Changxing Shipyard held a grand Christmas Eve party to entertain all the ship’s owners, crews, class surveyors in Lin Nan Hui Restaurant for promoting friendship and communication between the clients and the shipyard.

The top management personnel from the shipyard and CIC Pudong Co., Mr. Zhang Lingen, Mr. He Ming and Mr. Shao Lihong attended the party and enjoyed the Christmas dinner with more than one hundred guests representing the ship owners of the vessels at the yard, class surveyors, business representatives, ship repair managers, supervisors and workshop representatives from the shipyard as well as the ones from Pudong Co.

At the party, Mr. Zhang Lingen, general manager, on behalf of the shipyard presented a warm welcome speech. He recalled on the production and business performance of 2011, thanked for the clients’ support to the shipyard and expressed the holiday greetings and wishes to the clients at the yard. Representing all the ship owners from home and abroad, Mr. Mondaca from Southern Ship management (Chile) Ltd. thanked CIC and the shipyard for their great service on the ship repairing and other aspects, expressed the good wishes of further cooperation.

During the party, the representatives from both the shipyard and the ship’s side communicated about the intention of ship repair cooperation.
