South Korea: STX Offshore Wins LNG Duo Order

STX Offshore & Shipbuilding, a South Korean shipbuilder, today said it has won a contract from Russia’s Sovcomflot to build two liquefied natural gas carriers.

The order is worth KRW446.7 billion.

The shipbuilder said in a in a regulatory filing that it will deliver the tankers by the first quarter of 2015.
