International Oil and Gas Lawyer Joins Andrews Kurth (UK)

Andrews Kurth announced that international oil and gas lawyer Jubilee Easo will join the firm as a Partner in the London office, pending regulatory approval.

Ms. Easo advises oil and gas companies and state entities worldwide on a wide range of upstream and downstream acquisitions and developments, LNG regasification projects and shipping initiatives.

“Jubilee is an outstanding lawyer with significant in-house and private practice experience,” says Bob Jewell, Managing Partner of Andrews Kurth. “She knows firsthand what our energy clients are facing, and will be a great asset to our firm. Jubilee’s addition is the next important move in establishing a top tier international oil and gas law team in London.”

Ms. Easo previously served as senior corporate counsel at London-based Premier Oil, a FTSE 250 energy exploration company. She also worked as in-house counsel at India-based Reliance Industries Limited, and also served as a Senior Associate at Ashurst LLP in London.
