Adam LNG carrier heading for Belgium

Fluxys-operated Zeebrugge LNG terminal is scheduled to receive a cargo of liquefied natural gas at the beginning of June. 

According to the shipping data, the 162,000 cbm Adam LNG carrier departed from Qatar’s Ras Laffan complex on Monday, May 16.

The vessel is scheduled to arrive in Belgium on June 2 to unload the first cargo of the month.

The vessel was built by Hyundai Heavy Industries in Ulsan, South Korea and delivered to Oman Shipping Company in 2014.

The Zeebrugge LNG terminal, that mainly imports LNG from Qatar, has an annual throughput capacity of nine billion cubic meters of natural gas.
