Ampelmann expands with office in Aberdeen

Ampelmann, a provider in motion compensation access solutions, is opening an office in Aberdeen. 

Ampelmann has a track record in supporting Walk to Work campaigns in the North Sea.

According to the company, the access systems of Ampelmann have been used in multiple projects in the UKCS; from commissioning campaigns in the harsher waters West of Shetland to shutdown and maintenance projects throughout the North Sea.

Newly appointed Business Development Manager in Aberdeen, Lorenz Nehring, said: “The North Sea is constantly looking at initiatives to save money by cutting operating costs. Being permanently based in the heart of the region will provide great visibility in assisting operators with these initiatives through Walk to Work solutions.”
