The event will take place at the world-renowned ToT Academy in Bangkok, from 4 PM to 8 PM ICT. The ToT Academy is one of the largest and most respected educational facilities for telecommunications professionals across the world, equipped with dedicated training workshop venues, classrooms, and campus amenities.

This will be the third ‘State of Subsea’ expert event that APTelecom has hosted to date, and the first that is being hosted outside of the United States. The event is being co-hosted alongside exclusive ‘State of Subsea’ partners Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), Telecom Review North America, as well as SubTel Forum, which will be hosting an archived video broadcast following the event. Jeff Seal, Editor in Chief of Telecom Review North America, will be the emcee of the event for the second time in a row.

The first two ‘State of Subsea’ events, which took place from New York City and Washington, D.C., generated overwhelmingly positive reviews from the thousands of people who attended in-person or tuned in to the streaming video feed. The video broadcast had previously never been done before at a subsea industry event.

“We are incredibly excited to expand the ‘State of Subsea’ brand on a global scale and to host our first event in a highly influential telecommunications market such as Bangkok,” said Sandor J. Weiss, CEO of Milner Weiss, and APTelecom Board Member and Private Equity Investor. “Alongside our valued partners PTC, SubTel Forum and Telecom Review North America, we’re eager to bring high-level insights, innovation, and engaging content to the thousands of telecommunications industry professionals who will be joining us in-person or via the video stream.”

The mission of the ‘State of Subsea’ events are to bring together an eclectic mix of executives, influencers, and leaders from all walks of the submarine cable and telecom industry to address the latest trends, and share expert insights and knowledge on the future of the industry.  The events are highlighted by special breakout panels with industry experts, moderated Q&A sessions, informational exchanges, roundtable discussions on emerging global economic market trends, lucky draws, and more.
