Argentina to Get LNG Cargo

Argentina is expected to receive a liquefied natural gas cargo from Trinidad and Tobago, shipping data reveals.

The cargo is being carried by the 126,000 cbm LNG Libra, and it is scheduled to arrive at the Recalada port on July 6.

Atlantic LNG, the operator of Trinidad’s only liquefaction plant, produces LNG from natural gas delivered from fields in and around Trinidad and Tobago.

The four-train liquefaction facility located at Point Fortin on the southwest coast of Trinidad is the sixth largest LNG producer in the world, and the largest such producer in the Western Hemisphere.
