RDM Secures Contract to Build 32m Passenger Ferry

Adding to RDM’s long list of repeat customers are the Japanese company of Ishigaki Dream Tours, the company recently ordered one 32m long passenger ferry.  This vessel (Hull 058) is a new Generation Incat Crowther design with the new characteristic upright bows and attractively styled superstructure.

She will also be 32m long with a beam of 8.5m and a passenger capacity of 195. She will join Premium Dream offering cruises and tours of the Southern Japanese, Yaeyama Islands.

The company has been operating the 32m RDM vessel “Premium Dream” which was built and delivered in 2008. Despite difficult economic times their business has grown and another vessel is required.
