China: FAIR’s 50.000 DWT Vessel FORTE Completes Sea Trials

Fairstar Heavy Transport’s (FAIR) new 50.000 DWT vessel FORTE has successfully completed sea-trials in China. The sea-trials finished with a successful submerging test.

The FORTE will now return to the yard to prepare for its naming ceremony on May 23rd.

The FORTE’s sister ship FINESSE was launched from the dry-dock in Qidong on Thursday, April 5. FINESSE is scheduled for delivery to Fairstar in Late October 2012.
