Sainty Shipbuilding Launches Two 82.000 DWT Bulk Carriers

Two 82.000 DWT Bulk Carrier Vessels built by Sainty Shipbuilding (Yangzhou)in their newly completed dock were successfully launched on 25th November 2011. The vessels built for Singapore client have Loa 229 m, breadth 32.26 m, depth 20.05 m, maximum draught 12.20m and service speed at 14.10knots, they meet the requirement of PSPC, and are designed to load bulk cargoes such as coal, ore, grain, etc.

The undocking of the first two 82.000 DWT Bulk Carriers not only certifies that the shipyard is able to build two 100,000 DWT vessels simultaneously, but also means the annual building capacity of the shipyard has exceeded 1 million dwt.

In recent years, Sainty Marine kept investing in the improvement of shipbuilding facilities, reorganizing the structure of producing organization and transforming the mode of producing design according to the latest shipbuilding mode, and equip the staff with the knowledge of modern shipbuilding, all the efforts get return on these two 82.000 DWT vessels. The successful undocking of the two vessels helps the competitiveness of Sainty Marine, and symbolizes a new level of Sainty Marine.
