China - Sanfu Shipyard Reaches Three Project Milestones

The inspiring news, regarding production, come one after another from Taizhou Sanfu Ship Engineering Co. The company has recently seen upsurge in its production. Sanfu shipyard reached three project milestones, delivered two vessels and carried out sea trial for one vessel, the shipyard managed to fulfill all this in just three days from 26 of April to 28 of April.

On April 26th 16.900 DWT Bulk Carrier (HULL NO.: SF080104)built for Polish owner by the yard was successfully delivered. She is the fourth one of eight sister vessels in total contracted between the yard and the Polish owner. The overall length is 148.80m. The length between perpendiculars is 140.80m. The molded breadth is 23.60 m. The molded depth is 12.5 m.

On April 27th one 12.000 DWT MPC (Hull No.SF100101) built for German owner was successfully delivered. She is the 21st MPV among her sister vessels which were built for and delivered to German and Danish owners respectively successfully by the shipyard. The vessel of the same series is propelled by single-screw propeller. She is equipped with twin decks, bulbous bow and two 150T deck cranes. Her automation degree is very high. She is classed in GL.

On April 28 th another 12.000 DWT MPV slowly set sail from the quay of the yard to begin his maiden voyage. Soon afterwards, the 6th of 8 16.900 DWT BC sister vessels in total contracted between the yard and the Polish owner successfully sailed away from the shipyard for sea trial.
