To meet the global demand for offshore wind capacity and technological developments, the capabilities and equipment of our new wind turbine and foundation installation designs are upgraded to be able to install next generation turbines, and our designs are outfitted with smart technologies like large fixed or telescopic boom technology, and features such as battery hybrid solutions and sophisticated electrical and control systems, reducing CO₂ emissions by 20% compared to similar units. As a future option, the vessels can be prepared to run on hydrogen-powered fuel cells to reduce their environmental footprints even further.

Also in the oil & gas industry our proven technology represents opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce the industry’s environmental footprint. To save valuable rig time and increase safety, the Chela series was introduced as an extra hand below the cantilever, facilitating simultaneous operations. With fewer rig days per well, these cranes directly reduce total time spent on wells, addressing the call for cost reduction from operators.
