CMA CGM Cuts Zeebrugge, Dalian from FAL 1 Rotation

French container shipping company CMA CGM plans to change the port coverage of its French Asia Line 1 (FAL 1) service by no longer calling Belgium’s port of Zeebrugge and China’s port of Dalian.

As from MV CMA CGM Jules Verne voyage 115 FLE, the service will no longer call the port of Zeebrugge. Last vessel calling this port will be MV CMA CGM Vasco De Gama, on August 29, 2016.

In addition, as from MV CMA CGM Alexander Von Humboldt voyage 109 FLE, FAL 1 will stop calling the port of Dalian. Last vessel calling Dalian will be MV CMA CGM Magellan, with the estimated time of arrival of September 16, 2016.

With the two changes implemented, FAL 1 new rotation will be the following:

Southampton (UK) – Dunkirk (France) – Hamburg (Germany) – Rotterdam (Netherlands) – Le Havre (France) – Malta (Malta) – Khor Al Fakkan (UAE) – Jebel Ali (UAE) – Shanghai (China) – Tianjin Xingang (China) – Busan (South Korea) – Qingdao (China) – Shanghai (China) (westbound) – Ningbo (China) – Yantian (China) – Port Kelang (Malaysia) – Algeciras (Spain) – Southampton (UK).
