CNPC, CSC Deepen Cooperation (China)

CNPC and China Changjiang National Shipping (Group) Corporation yesterday signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Wuhan, Hubei province.

The two sides will collaborate on promoting utilization of natural gas in water transport along the Changjiang River, by speeding up construction of gas stations and promoting gas usage in operating and new watercrafts.

CNPC Vice President Li Xinhua and Sinotrans Group Vice President and CSC General Manager Zhu Ning had a discussion on deepening cooperation between the two sides and delivered speeches on the signing ceremony. PetroChina Vice President Li Hualin and CSC Deputy General Manager Shen Guanghan signed the agreement.

Mainly engaged in shipping, ship building and repairing, and fuel trade, CSC is the only large-scale shipping group corporation to provide Changjiang River, coastal and ocean logistics services in China.
