CNPC, Siemens Ink Three Partnership Deals, Germany

CNPC and Siemens, on September 11, in Munich, inked three documents including a framework agreement on procurement and supply of merchandise and service, a memorandum on sharing best practices and experiences, and a memorandum on cooperation in equipment manufacturing.

A further step taken since the two sides reached a strategic cooperation agreement in February this year, the newly inked agreements aim to enhance partnership for synergistic benefits.

CNPC Vice President Yu Baocai and Siemens Managing Board Member Barbara Kux attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches respectively.
