Danish Pilotage Authority Becomes Permanent Part of DMA

Now the Danish Pilotage Authority has become a permanent part of the Danish Maritime Authority, and this has resulted in lower prices.

As of 1 January 2013, the Danish Pilotage Authority has become fully integrated in the Danish Maritime Authority.

This has resulted in improved utilization of resources and, consequently, it has been possible to reduce the prices for pilotage services considerably.

For example, the annual pilotage service provider fee has decreased by as much as 37.5 per cent, while the external hourly fee has become 25 per cent lower.
