Daya, Technip Enter Charter Deal

Malaysia’s Daya Materials Berhad  has informed that its subsidiary, Daya OCI (Labuan) Limited on 16 August 2013 entered into a Charter Party contract with Technip Norge AS of Norway.

Under the agreement Daya OCI will provide an offshore subsea construction vessel together with a range of offshore services on a long-term charter basis for the North Sea and North Atlantic Regions .

Daya will, under the contract, supply a subsea construction vessel with related subsea services to Technip each year from 2014-2020. An estimated value of RM250-440 million over the period.
