Denmark: Two Companies Merge into Nordic Offshore Marine

The companies Nordic Offshore and Offshore Marine Services have merged into one company resulting in Nordic Offshore Marine.

Nordic Offshore has been specializing in providing qualified and experienced personnel for both permanent and temporary positions for many years, and is a leading force in providing skilled manpower for the offshore industry.

Nordic Offshore’s database lists a wide range of contractors for the various sectors – client representatives, surveyors, deck- and engine officers and project managers – making it easy for companies to find the exact right match for vacancies – and vice versa.

Candidates can register their CV on the Nordic Offshore website, and the large amount of possible candidates with many different skills is part of the reason, why leading companies come to Nordic Offshore for qualified and experienced personnel. ‘The clever connection’ is the company’s motto – and the merge with Offshore Marine Services is making this and even cleverer connection.

Offshore Marine Services was founded in 2005 and performs offshore tasks for the offshore industry: Pipeline inspection, ROV survey, PLGR route clearance, cable installations and wind farm support.

Both companies were founded by CEO Søren Mikkelsen, and he expresses enthusiasm with the merge:

“The merge between the two companies is to be seen as a natural progression of the business strategy.

“Merging the two companies into one is actually the logical thing to do. By merging them into one company, we provide full range offshore services in one strong business platform and with one strong name, Nordic Offshore Marine,” says Søren Mikkelsen.
