DHT Enters LOI for Three Additional VLCC Newbuildings

DHT Holdings, Inc. (DHT) has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) with Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (HHI) in South Korea for the construction of three additional VLCCs.

The construction of the two vessels  will cost USD 194.6 million (USD 97.3 million each), including $2.3 million in additions and upgrades to the standard specification, for delivery in September, October and November 2016.
