DSIC Pens Deal to Build 2 Drilling Rigs

Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co (DSIC) has concluded a contract with COSL to build one jack-up drilling rig and one semi-submersible drilling rig. Estimated time for the completion of the rigs is 3 years.

DSIC, CIMC Raffles and Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding were bidding for the contract, and DSIC won with a very good price. The contract will be announced soon, SinoShip news cites an industry source.
