Dublin Offshore ‘unloading’ risks and costs for floating wind farms

Irish engineering company Dublin Offshore has developed marine technology aimed at reducing risks and costs associated with offshore floating wind farms.

Dublin Offshore’s load reduction device is said to reduce load, risk, and cost related to floating offshore wind farms.

According to the company, the additional benefit is that it  can be deployed in any mooring type.

“We have designed, built and deployed marine energy systems in the most aggressive locations in the world from model to utility scale. We are most excited by offshore wind and developing technology solutions to offshore challenges”, the company states.
