Dynagas LNG declares cash distribution

Dynagas LNG Partners has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended June 30, 2014 of $ 0.365 per unit.

The cash distribution is payable on or about August 12, 2014 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 5, 2014.
