Dynagas of Greece to Raise USD 150 Mln in IPO

Dynagas of Greece, the LNG shipping arm of the George Prokopiou shipping enterprises, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol DLNG.

Dynagas manages its own LNG ships, including all aspects of technical, marine, crewing, training, commercial and corporate activities.
