Eni CEO, Turkmen President Discuss Caspian Sea Exploration Potential

Eni’s CEO, Paolo Scaroni, has today met with the President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimukhamedov, in Asgabat to discuss Eni’s projects and activities in the country with a particular focus on potential new offshore exploration activities in the Caspian Sea.

During the meeting, they also discussed the possibility of prolonging Eni’s activities in the Country by extending the length of its onshore concessions, and of unlocking value from Turkmenistan’s natural gas resources also through the utilisation of gas to liquids technology.
