Falck Nutec Announces Number of Key Additions to their Sales Team (UK)

Global offshore survival and health & safety training specialists Falck Nutec have announced a number of key additions to their sales team.

The Aberdeen sales team has been strengthened with the addition of three new sales staff, whilst the Teesside office has added two new faces to their operation. One of which will be filled by Lisa Dodds, who will be responsible for developing the firm’s offshore wind and renewable energy offerings.

Graham Gall, Managing Director of Falck Nutec UK, commented that “The appointments are a testament to the success we have achieved over recent years. Over the past two years our sales team has grown from four to eleven, crucially this means that we can spend more time meeting and engaging with our clients. People are fundamental to our corporate strategy and we understand that our personal approach will assist our business.”

Meanwhile the company have also rolled out a modern-day system that will allow commercial clients to book courses online. Spider Web will permit users to make reservations on a live system, regardless of time or location.

UK Sales manager, Allison Walker, views the developments as being fundamental to improving customer service. She added “We are always looking for ways to improve and best-satisfy their needs, and this system will provide clients with up-to-date availability and the ability to book courses. The fact that we are providing this service free of charge also saves the client time and money in the long run. The feedback we have received so far has been excellent – a trend which I am sure will continue”.

Falck Nutec specialise in offshore survival training, emergency response, fire safety and awareness, helideck and sea survival. The company also offer a range of onsite training, such as banksman slinging, rigging and lifting, forklift training and dangerous goods.

The Danish firm employs over 70 people in the UK, across sites in Europe’s oil capital and Teesside, and can provide over 200 courses through its 26 centres worldwide.
